The theme of this year’s Post-Secondary Counsellor’s Association (PSCA) conference is “Body, Mind, and Soul: Well-Being on Campus.” Building on Martin Seligman’s PERMA model for well-being, the conference offers presenters and activities that bring positive psychology to life. There will be many opportunities to experience Positive emotion, Engagement, Relationship building, Meaning, a sense of Accomplishment, and of course, good food and live music! If you have an interest in learning how to bring different aspects of mindfulness and yoga into your counselling practice and your life, this is the conference for you.
