YMCA-YWCA mindfulness programs for youth 18-30

The Vancouver Island YMCA-YWCA is excited to continue offering FREE mental wellness programs for youth this Fall 2018. We are now taking registrations for the intake sessions and would greatly appreciate you sharing this information with your networks.

*Please note: Attending an intake session is a mandatory step in registering for the program.

Mindfulness Groups
Learn and practice healthy coping strategies to manage stress and anxiety!

Youth Mindfulness is a seven-week program that uses Mindfulness and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy to support young adults, ages 18-30, learning to live with mild-to-moderate anxiety.

Tuesdays: 5:00-7:30 p.m., October 4 – November 13, 2018
