This plan was developed by HM|HC’s Support Team and Planning Group (now Leadership Committee) as a tool to identify major goals and priority process objectives within them for HM|HC to pursue in its ongoing efforts to promote mental well-being and healthier relationships with substances on BC campuses. The Support Team and Leadership Committee will be reporting to the HM|HC community of practice on progress towards fulfilling these aspirations. Evaluative updates will also go to HM|HC’s founders and major funders, BC Partners for Mental Health and Substance Use Information.
