While HM|HC is not a service provider, we are grateful for health care supports that are available. We encourage you to check out health and counselling services that are based in your post-secondary institution or are present in your local community. For post-secondary students (domestic or international) registered in a BC post-secondary school (whether residing in the province or abroad), there is also the free 24/7 HereToTalk mental health counselling and referral service which can be accessed by downloading the app, using the phone or using the web (online chat sessions).
