About HM|HC Talks
HM|HC Talks is a series of online meetings available to our community of practice. Each meeting will focus on a particular health literacy topic and feature stimulus presenters who are doing related work on their campuses. HM|HC Talks’ format intends for attendees to participate in dialogue and then collaborate with presenters and other campus members on special topics of interest.

HM|HC Talks: Postvention as Suicide Prevention (Jan. 13, 2022)
In this talk, attendees came together to learn from Rebecca L. Sanford, PhD, RCSW, to explore key considerations for postvention following a suicide death and will discuss the nature of exposure to suicide loss, the unique aspects of this experience, and the goals of a postvention response.
